Mech

This is a scale model of a mech. I’ve always wanted to make one so I finally got around to doing it.

A key element of this model was using some lighters which I bought off eBay. They come in all sorts of interesting shapes. I made moulds of these and cast up multiple copies.

I also made moulds of deodorant bottles, yoghurt pots are various other found objects and cast up resin copies which I could then incorporate into the model. I also covered the model in pieces from scale model kits to give it a sense of scale.
